Having its stores in Malaysia in both Starhill Gallery and Pavilion Shopping Mall, for sure Jim Thompson is reasserting its brands’ luxury and premium quality here.
Located on the fourth floor in Pavilion, Jim Thompson’s store is not easy to miss as they have very simple and nice ‘Jim Thompson’ written right on top of the store.
Coming back from Bangkok and having visited the Jim Thompson’s Mansion, I have since then liked the history and trade development of silk and the brand even more. Coming back to Malaysia, I was excited to visit its stores here.
Of course, it was cheaper when I saw the products in the Jim Thompson’s Mansion, but that’s only reasonable that they have exported their products and it’s now made available in Malaysia.
Prices here might a bit expensive but you’re rest assured of its quality when you’re shopping here — so I think the price is fair and what you get is all worth the price paid.
Overall, very comfortable store ad great to shop at!
