IPop Karaoke

Ipop is also one of my favourite karaōke outlet since it’s located very near to my house, at the first floor of PV 128. The interior of the shop can be clearly seen from the outside as it uses ceiling-​to-​floor glasses for its wall and doors. It has a purple theme with decoration of some colours and funky shapes. The lobby is simple with only a seating area and a row of counters.
While registering, you can choose the packages and prices you wanted, pay on the spot and order your foods and drinks. The server will then lead you to the k-​room and deliver your foods and drinks (the services were fast and efficient). Buffet is not available here but a-​la carte and snacks can be ordered.
Student prices is available all day, I had a midnight 4 hours karaōke session with friends for RM 29++ including 2 beverages (student card provided), while normal price costs about RM 34++ with the same criteria. Since we have a bunch of people so we changed all our beverages into 6 jugs and 4 tidbits (the cashier suggested so). It’s still cheaper than Neway and Red Box since their pricing are higher than RM 70 for midnight session with buffet (well we just had dinner so that’s not necessary).
Chinese songs here were updated very quickly (like few weeks once?), but the English songs update a bit slower like 1 or 2 months. If you are a k-​pop person you may find its system a bit difficult to search for Korean singers as they have mixed with the Chinese singers. Overall good service good environment good prices!

Ipop karaōke consists of a variety of songs, from local to overseas, emo to happy and plus, they are keep in touch with the world that may comes a shocker to you. The song could release today and be uploaded the week after. Yeah pretty efficient right?
Moreover, Ipop has certain periods where you could sing at cheaper price. For an instant, you could sing for 2 hours and charges you only RM 10 PER PERSON. Yup pretty sweet deal isn’t it? But only on certain occasion and terms and condition (becoming a member) Plus, is probably the best to book before you arrive to their karaōke as they are booked all the time. My friends and relatives loves here. As for before you could sing for 3 hours for just RM 10, It was like one year ago. No worries, their songs playlist are pretty extensive, from Chinese to Cantonese, English to Malay, Indonesian to That, Japan to Korea, even french as well. Beware of one thing though, they only update their playlist every two weeks and only ‘famous’ songs. So you might not find all your favourite singer artist here.
