GSC MAXX

I am a big fan of GSC MAXX. This used to be called IMAX cinemas but was then bought over by GSC. I still remember my first 3D movie, I was 10 years old and it was Polar Express which was showing during Christmas time. It was so amazing i was trying to catch the snowflakes throughout the movie.
Now I know many cinemas screen 3D movies but you’ve note really experienced a 3D movie till you’ve watched it in GSC MAXX. I say this because this cinema is built specially to screen 3D movies, its not like a normal cinema that just happens to be showing a 3D movie that day.
How is it different you may ask, well 1^st of all the seats are positioned at much higher levels from each other so no head is in front of you. Secondly, the screen actually curves, and is not a straight screen like you normally see. Because of all these added features, the 3D effect is really accentuated and ou feel like you’re part of the movie.
Its the only place i choose to watch 3D movies now cause i’ve had pretty awful experiences at the normal cinemas like GSC pavilion that screens 3D movies. You don’t feel the 3D effect at all. so not worth it. So if you wanna experience a good 3D movie then make your way to GSC MAXX.

The first GSC Maxx in Klang Valley is located at Berjaya Times Square. I don’t whether it comes first or IMAX TGV comes first. Undeniably, TGV and GSC is always having never ending battle. Well, I am not saying any battle between them, but just recall it when they actually have similar features.
GSC Maxx is a very very very massive cinema hall. I love this much. Sadly to say, I only went there twice. By the way, I am not a huge fan of GSC, but when you are inviting me to go GSC Maxx, I am in, okay? So, guess that GSC Maxx is really a great cinema hall, right?
I was impressed by its sound and visual effect when the first time I visited GSC Maxx at Berjaya Times Square. I still remember the hall size and the visual. We bought 2D tickets but it seems to be 3D visual. Wow~ That is super amazing experience!
The seat was really comfortable, maybe because that time was just newly opened, thus, it is more comfortable? Hope now is still well-​maintained. The price is more expensive compared to normal cinema hall but it worth the price. However, I think 3D is more worthy because the price is same as the normal hall. If you yet experience GSC Maxx, you shall make yourself go once. Ready to experience the best cinematic scene!
