Eat With Mune is a huge departure from the cafes that are around there, simply because of its décor and the food they serve there. First off, everything is colorful, as though a fresh coat of paint is layered on the walls and various décor in every corner. Their food, like their spaghetti or fruit-based milkshakes, are some of the best, and with the proclaimed healthy ingredients and the taste tasting like it, everything is a choice that can turn your day colorful. Besides that, the location itself is a major plus. With all the cafes around here, Eat With Mune stands out as one of the more casual ones, and will surprise you when you go there more often.

A beautiful café with a cosy, modern and inviting space. Walls are lined with huge colourful oil canvas paintings and the tables and chairs are white, giving the place a very warm and clean feel. The team is efficient and super friendly — full of smiles and never hesitating to attend to our various needs throughout the night. The story behind this restaurant is quite interesting — the head chef used to be overweight up until a few years ago when he decided to shed some weight and hasn’t looked back since and he set up this restaurant basically to aid those who want to eat healthy as healthy ingredients are used, even in its pancakes! The first floor shelves are lined with interesting displays including a pair of sports shoes, tubs of protein powder and health magazines — probably to showcase the head chef’s journey to a healthy life and where he is today. The pancakes were a bit dry but still good considering the usage of only healthy ingredients like no-sugar-added peanut butter. The milkshakes are creamy and delicious and if you’re into fruity milkshakes, then this one is for you. A great place to stop by if you’re in the area — you’ll love this place everything from service to food to decorations and the story they tell. I will keep coming back to this place!

It’s really my first time hanging with my babe at Soho KL, I wasn’t really sure what eat for dinner as lots of restaurant here are either intuited of restaurant and bar(don’t feel of drinking alcohol tonight) or coffee shop(not a coffee drinker at all). Not until when we walked till the end of the shop opposite of cold storage, we saw a restaurant named«Eat with Mune», the name simply attract me so here we go! The ambient is very relaxing displaying with musical drawing portraits hanging on the wall, some oldies decoration and playing oldies happy songs. I was amazed with their menu which showing only black and white with the foods description and each calories contributed to our body. We then realized this was actually a healthy-food concept restaurant based on recipe from the founder also a.k.a a food engineer. There’s also a story card board on each table telling you the success story on how do this founder who turn from a fat guy to a masculine guy that managed to reduce his weight healthily based on the own cooking recipe. We ordered a roasted chicken with sauté vegetables and chicken spaghetti. I thought it should be very plain at first after reading the story of this founder but surprisingly the goods are so colorful and delicious. I love the roasted chicken then taste like tandoori and deep it with the sour & spicy sauce. I like their service too. The staffs are friendly and very good in manner.

Despite all sinful food we eat everyday, how about eating something healthy for ONCE! You will never know if the food looks like healthy you picture in your mind like salad but there is rice and there is fish and there is pancakes. Located just opposite cold storage, this place gives you a homey cozy feeling with the brick hues and soulful painting, Radiohead CD sleeves alongside men’s health magazines, sport shoes & protein powder tubs, you will not notice that you are in a healthy place. The famous salmon, pan-fried with grape seed oil & served with avocados, rocket leaves, tomato, capsicum, onions, lemon, parsley & Greek yoghurt, flavoured with liquid amino seasoning(RM30). This totals 335 calories or if you want something less feeling, they serve nasi ulam too — brown rice that’s simultaneously fluffy & firm, fragrant with ulam raja, daun salom, bunga kantan, lemongrass, onions, garlic & winged beans, served with chicken breast & some pretty tasty sauces for RM15. They even make healthy dessert such as pancakes, built with organic buckwheat flour & chocolate protein powder for RM14. This place is defintely a must try if you are on healthy diet.
