Bangsar Optometry Centre

My family and I have been going to this optometry centre for 12 years now. The owner and also the optometrist, Mr Lee, is one of the most patient and nicest people i know. This optometry centre is located just 3 minutes away from Bangsar LRT. They have provided 2 reserved parking lots for their customers. Being someone who’s been wearing prescription glasses since the age of 8, I’ve been to many optometrists and no one has actually provided me with the service this centre provides. This optometry centre is relatively big and spacious. It has a very wide range of prescription glasses as well as sunglasses to choose from. Takes me an hour or two just to go through all the frames and pick the one I like.
Besides that, I also love the quality of their spectacles. For me, one spectacles can last up to 4 years (note that you should change your lenses if your power increases). The frames and lenses are made from good quality materials. As for the pricing, it is definitely a just a tad bit pricier than usual optometry centres but I would definitely pay the extra amount here because of their excellent service.
As for service, Mr Lee as well as his two staffs are very knowledgable and friendly. Mr Lee is the one who does the check ups and gives explanations regarding your problem. His two staffs are always there to lend you a helping hand. The frames that I have on now was chosen by one of the staffs there! They are well equipped with the knowledge of what suits your face shape the best. Mr Lee’s explanations are very clear and understandable and does not sound gibberish at all: P He explains it in the simplest way in layman terms. He is also very genuine when it comes to providing the best for his customers. For an example, the frame I chose before my current ones were more expensive than this one but he advised me that the other frames would not suit my face and the lens will not be suitable for my high power. He could have easily sold me the more expensive one, but his genuineness is what keeps me going back there. Definitely an optometry centre to check out!
