This place is a place you come to for desserts. They sells all kinds of desserts, hot and cold. They have the traditional tong shui(like sesame soup, sweet potato soup) to pudding, sago and fruits dessert, coconut dessert and even shaved iced. They have so many types of desserts to choose from and all of them look so yummy(from the picture in the menu). But most of the time I’ll only go for either one of this two. The mango with sago and pomelo dessert or the coconut jelly dessert. Besides desserts, they also have a variety of snacks and finger foods like wedges, fries nuggets, sandwiches many more. These food suits my hubby the best as he’s not into desserts at all. With these snacks and finger food around, he too can have something to bite on while waiting for me to enjoy my dessert. Looking for a dessert place and not sure where to? Go to sweet hut!

Craving for late night dessert? My girlfriend was! She had a hard time figuring out where to eat remembered visiting Sweet Hut’s first branch a few years back in Puchong. But since we were in Klang, she found out that they have another branch in Bandar Botanic Klang as well, hence we went over to try our luck at around 11PM and found out that they were open until midnight! She had their Coconut Pudding with Longan Ice Blended, and Sweet Hut Lime Snow Ice. I merely stole bites from her. She was very satisfied as it satisfied her cravings for a sweet and sour dessert. We even later took away a Vanilla Crêpe cake. We would definitely go back if she craves for something sweet when we are near any of their branches. Yeap! They have more than one branch! Check out their Facebook page to find out where is their other branches and I heard they have franchise even outside of Kuala Lumpur! So for those who haven’t tried it? You can definitely give it a try.

Yes, you have been told that they are a dessert specialist, so you would expect that they won’t let you down. I shall reserve my comment because I only tried their baked egg tarts and find them satisfying. I also think it is reasonably priced at RM4 for 6 mini pieces. I heard that their desserts are made with their own recipes and soon they will be launching their cold version of egg tarts. I can only imagine putting them in the fridge and take it out and tada — that’s cold egg tarts for you. Isn’t it supposed to be that simple? Anyway, I would give this place thumbs up as service was also good.

I’m a dessert lover but hate the moment I can’t pull up my pants. If you feel the same too, I will suggest you Sweet Hut. Of course I wouldn’t say their desserts are not fattening at all. But they do have one of my favourite dessert that isn’t fattening, high fiber and collagen. Sounds cool ? Ahem.*clear throat* let me introduce ‘steam aloe vera with white egg papaya’!! Yes! Is papaya. Half papaya filled with steamed white egg and add aloe vera as topping. You can taste the natural sweetness from papaya, the aromatic of egg and juiciness of the aloe vera. It taste really good! No kidding and it’s really filling. Sometimes I even treat it as my dinner. If you’re durian or mango lover, you can also try their durian or mango dessert. Most of the people order durian dessert but I’m not a fan of durian. For me, Papaya dessert still the best one. Besides, the reason I like Sweet Hut at Bandar Botanic is because is easy to get parking here and is FREE!
