This yulek wan tan mee is quite famous and I am sure that most of the kuala lumpur people have heard of it. I am staying near to this restaurant and I will have this wan tan mee almost every week! This wan tan mee is very delicious and filling. They also sell roasted pork rice. I usually will walk there because my house is very near and there will be no parking if I drive there. I used to take away because the shop will be very crowded especially on peak hours. The wan tan mee is very cheap where it only cost RM6.50 to RM8.00 depending on what you order.

Yulek’s char siew wantan mee has always been a part of me since childhood. I grew up eating their wantan mee nearly every Sunday when they were just a small stall in a corner lot. Now that they’re business have grown, they’ve managed to open up their own shop in this new location. The wantan mee is divine, the best I’ve tried. The char siew(roast pork) is tender and roasted well. I, and many others, would go through the hassle of finding a parking spot, and the long wait for a free table, and another long wait for the food to be served, just to get a plate of this famous wantan mee. Sometimes, we would share a table with strangers, but no biggie, people are usually more willing to share their tables. They understand the well-worth struggle.
