Nissan Service Center Balakong Cheras

It has been two years we’ve been using this service centre since we bought our car. This service centre is located in Batu 11 Cheras and if you are not familiar with it, the GPS Coordinate is 3.40 696, 101.771 174
Every time it is not a hassle to book your appointment to service your car. All you need is to give them a call, provide your vehicle number and they will secure your service time. We’ve been always the first customers (7.30am slot) whenever we are there. Why? Simple, we are always trying to avoid the crowd with the simple mindset of if I come early, I can leave here early. But this is NEVER the case!
What will surprise you when you are there is expect a wait, every morning they will exercise for a good 15 minutes before starting to go on to their list of cars that they need to check. Then, there will be tea breaks or lunch breaks in between the service times. What frustrates you more is when you are expecting them to do a good job and will be well versed in answering your questions, sorry, the standard answer will likely be «We are not sure, we will need more time to check» or «We will jot this down and report this» or the classic answer «We don’t produce this here, it is from our factory». Bamb! This will always droll my blood pressure!
The only thing that will satisfy a customer is the waiting area which is air conditioned, free wifi and complimentary car wash (please don’t expect your car to be as clean as a brand new car, they don’t really wash it well for you) — anyway not too bad for a long wait! Also, you will expect to wait at least 3 hours each time, although there is limited cars each day.
Overall, I hope we can have a better service for Nissan cars, since you will expect to pay quite a lot depending on the service that is needed for your car.
