Normal? Ordinary? Standard? This is the words I would like to expressed in this stall. This stall is located at Sri Gombak, in front of a herbal retail. Anyways, I was here in the morning and I thought of giving it a go for their nasi lemak. Since is my initial attempt, I went for their basic customary nasi lemak(biasa) to keep everything safe and sound. Well, very ordinary. Though, they have served quite a sambal– where they actually mixed anchovies and sambal together.(usually anchovies are dry and crispy) However, if you dislike nasi lemak. They also offers mee hoon noodle as well(but not recommended due to the odd packaging) Overall, My experience here was average but then if you insist to try. The Aunty there open — Mon to Fri(6pm till 10pm) Sat and Sun(9am till 1pm)

Dad recommended me this nasi lemak and I wasn’t a fan of nasi lemak, but tried it because I was extremely hungry. It is a small hawker stall located at this restaurant operated by a Chinese uncle. Conversation goes like this(in Cantonese — so please imagine yourself): Uncle: Miss Pretty, what would you like to have today? Nasi lemak with curry pork is our famous. Me: Yes just for one please So the uncle started scooping all the food and asked again Uncle: Do you want any other vegetables? Me: Yes uncle, spinach please Uncle: Anything else? How about belacan? Egg? Me: Yes uncle, a little portion of belacan and some hard-boiled egg please. Uncle: Here you go and it is RM6 I paid and left opposite road where the seats are and enjoyed my nasilemak, indeed the belacan was rather spicy(well, I don’t eat chili so I can’t take spicy). Other people may find it not that spicy. Once I tried the curry pork, I was literally blown away, the meat is tender and the curry is rich! I scooped and scooped till I finished everything! So tasty! Price was not reasonable and I guess this is my next best place to visit if I’m craving for Chinese nasi lemak. You should too!!!
