Finally, Poslaju is placed at a more strategic location, like here! You can always see people getting service from here and it provides so much convenience.
However, the outliet is a bit too small. During my last visit, they only had 2 officers and things went really terribly slow when you have 3 – 4 customers or above. Just imagine those people are in a hurry from one place to another via trains and buses, time is greatly important to them. I love the fact that, among express delivery service by most of the post companies, Poslaju has the best rate!
Maybe they should provide a «drive-​thru» service for those who drive and just need to drop off documents for postage. Currently, there is no free parking bays nearby and it kinda put those drivers in inconvenience. Perhaps, Poslaju should come out with this new idea.

The operation hour of this Poslaju itself deserved all four stars! From Monday to Saturday 8 am to 8 pm, first Saturday and Sunday of each month is 10 am to 3 pm. Which mean you can actually post your stuff after working hours. Speedy service too considering the kiosk is so small and they only have 2 staffs.
the only thing I don’t appreciate is there’s no parking space at Bandar Tasik Selatan to make a quick drop off. Most of the people would just stop at the road for bus and taxis which caused other people inconvenient.
