A typical Otoya. It’s clean and bright and often crowded at lunch and dinner times. The proximity to Yamashita Park and Osanbashi makes this location rather convenient. For those unfamiliar with this chain, it’s a good, cheap place to get Japanese food, with the menu changing regularly to reflect what’s in season. I don’t think they have English menus but there are lots of pictures in the Japanese menu. And the whole chain is 100% non-smoking! Yay!
