I had the Tonkotsu Ramen, noodles cooked firm. The soup was good Hakata Tonkotsu soup. I ordered firm noodles but it wasn’t as firmed as I liked. I didn’t care much, maybe didn’t even like the spicy sauce that comes on the soup. I would have enjoyed the ramen without it. Chashu was average. I think the concept is good. Ramen was okay but was not as good as I expected.

I love this place! It’s a bar style type of Ramen Restaurant where you are given the most privacy you can possibly get in a public setting. You line up and buy the food tickets at the machine then wait for your turn. They have menus in 4 different languages(nihongo, English, Korean, and Chinese). Very easy to order! It might be hard to get a large group seated together since it is a first come first serve basis. With two people, it’ll be quick, but four or more will take some time. They also have an extra menu ready at the seat just in case you want a second serving or forget to get a ticket for something. I always bring visiting friends here to partake in the deliciousness and the unique atmosphere :)
