This is a Hegi-​Soba restaurant where is also offering lots of Izakaya dishes. Hegi-​Soba, which is contained a certain type of seaweeds to make a noodle, is originally from Tohoku area.
I used to come here at lunch to have a Sashimi lunch set which comes with Soba (You can choose hot or cold) at around 1,000 yen.
You can drink alcohol from the noon. Many grandpas use this place as their reunion restaurant because Ueno area is the region where seniors love. The restaurant is located at basement.
