There’s usually a line here, but I was able to get my seat in less than 10 minutes. They offer daily soups, which the staff will introduce to you. They also have special/seasonal dishes, which are normally on the higher end of the price, but I would at least try a dish. Overall the service was good. It’s not a cheap place compared to other places, but the quality of the sushi was worth it! If you’re on a budget, I would suggest you choose your sushi plates wisely as they can easily pile up /add up.

Jenny! I book marked this Sushi place for ya. If you’re at Tokyo Sky Tree eat here. It’s at the mall adjacent to the actual Sky Tree and is like the 3rd or 4th floor I can’t remember. The sushi was bomb and is a nice little stop if you are by the area.

Favorite sushi place in the area. So popular that there is always a long line especially on weekends but definitely worth waiting. Sushi is big and not so expensive. Sushi chefs are always friendly and attentive. They always have fresh tasty fish and unique original special nigiri on the menu.

I don’t have too much experience with conveyor belt sushi in Japan, but I was quite impressed with Toriton. Be warned, there is usually a line here, especially on weekends and holidays. We were lucky to only wait around 20 minutes on a Monday around noon. The best sushi was the torched/slightly grilled flat fish. It felt like a cloud in my mouth! All the other sushi was also very fresh and moist. The chawan-mushi was an awesome deal for only 280 yen. The flavor was more like comfort food rather than the rich flavor with foie gras(or other liver) in it. I also really enjoyed the unlimited matcha tea and hot water. At one point, they had a special«sale» of fatty tuna leftover cuts in sushi for only 420 yen. We got so caught up in the moment that we spontaneously ordered one. Probably unnecessary, but it was fun. Every two seats is provided a pad of paper so you can write down your order directly on it and they will make the sushi fresh by request. This works well if you don’t want to grab the old fried food from the conveyor belt. We ordered a big stack of sushi plates, and total came out to around $ 35 for two people. Not bad, not bad at all!

Quel bonheur!
