I have been several times to this chain of soba noodles, and it’s always a great choice. Soba here are made with black sesame seeds so the texture of noodles is hard and thick, and taste a lot! Price is higher than other soba restaurants but is worth it! They have nice lunch sets and free soba tea. Menu has a lot of photos so it’s is easy to understand what to order even if you cannot speak japanese. Only one bad comment: smoking is allowed. There are some partitions to avoid the smoke to go all around but you can still feel the smell if someone is smoking. Last, this restaurant in Shinjukugyoenmae is downstairs and doesn’t have phone coverage!
