Yamaguchi is pretty easy to find, as they have signs outside telling you how many awards they’ve won. My friend went once and was hooked, so I figured I should give their chicken-based ramen a try. Overall, I thought it was very good, with the noodles being the highlight of the bowl for me. Definitely not the best ramen I’ve had, but it’s my friend’s favorite place in Tokyo, and, with all the awards this place has won, others clearly agree with him. Standard ramen prices(about 800 yen, depending on what you get) and a good, filling bowl make this place a solid one.
