We had a blast at EST! I wish they had them in the US, it is indeed a fun center. We played ping pong for about 2 hours, went down to sing karaōke in a private room, and hit up a photo booth. I was semi-easily able to find the songs in English and we belted away. The pricing was incredibly affordable, the staff friendly, and the drinks tasty. Ah, SOMUCHFUN!

EST is the amusement building close to the east exit of Shibuya station. There are many things to do. You can play as much as you want in this building. You don’t have to move to play different games. You can enjoy bowling in the unusual black light on the 3rd floor and play darts and billiard on the 6th floor. If you want to feel like a high school girl in Shibuya then I highly recommend singing ‘karaōke’ on the 8th floor and taking ‘purikura’ in the game center on the 1st floor. The karaōke in this building is cheapest around this area during the daytime!

What happens when you’ve missed the last train and still going strong with your buddies? I would recommend EST. Open until 5am, you can first go to the 3rd floor and bowl a few games. For the healthy ones, you can always go up to the 7th floor and grab yourself a billard pool or head to the 9th floor for a game of table tennis. If you’re still going strong, then get a room on the 8th floor and for a karaōke marathon and sing to your heart’s content with your buddies. I guarantee if you miss the last train, you’re be able to kill time here at EST.
