I have never been to New Zealand but my friends who have been absolutely love Cookie Time! We came here twice before and after our trek through Harajuku of shopping for new outfits. I like how this Cookie Bar has an inside and outside to enjoy your milk and cookie delights pleasantly made by employees straight from New Zealand! Excellent customer service and many options as gifts. The only thing I didn’t like was that the take-home cookies didn’t taste half as good as the ones baked there so please eat as much or take home the fresh baked one and get unlimited milk on tap! Thank you Cookie Time for giving me another stop in Harajuku. I am definitely a Cookie Monster now.

Come for the cookies, but holy geez order a hot cocoa. It will take someone 10 minutes to make, and it will be so rich and perfectly whipped you will pass out from sugar shock. Friendly staff that speaks perfect English.

Sweet, delicious Cookie Time. Once you walk into this place, the intoxicating smell of hot cookie batter smothers your sensibility. For me, I ordered the cookie ice cream thingy(can’t remember the name). I thought it would be two cookies with ice cream in the middle, but sadly it was not. It was just chocolate chip cookie-flavored ice cream in a small waffle cone bowl thing. When I received the item, I took it with a little trepidation. But then I thought, what could possibly be wrong with cookie-flavored ice cream? I took a bite, and all my fears were whisked away. The ice cream was soft, but a little thicker than I expected, which was a good thing. The cookie flavor was incredible– it was hearty and rich, but not so sweet as to overpower the ice cream’s texture. The biggest downsides for me were the price and size. The ice cream scoop could fit within my palm and it cost about 500 yen(about $ 5). Maybe as an American I’m accustomed to gluttonous portion sizes, but once I finished the ice cream, I was left a little wanting. Still, an excellent place and an excellent dessert. Highly recommend.

I’ll be honest, I boycotted this place for so many months until I said to myself…“fooockkk it”!!! I’m craving a cookie so let’s give this place a try! So here it is… The line to get a cookie is not bad. While you are in LINE the staff walks around giving sample cookies for you to taste! And ohhhh SH@t! These cookies are right out of the oven, soft and gooey! Fockkkken delicious cookies!!! This place is LEGIT! Next… I ordered a vanilla cookie shake, an icecream sandwich, and a cookie/coffee combo. So here’s the low-down… –Vanilla Cookie Shake– it delicious and very Cookie-ish! Size is good as well as the price. –Icecream Sandwich– is pretty small, a little pricey for the size but, it’s very delicious! –cookie/coffee combo– you are better off ordering these items SEPARATELY!!! And the reason why!!! Actually, before anything the coffee sucks! It’s freakin BITTER! And the cookie you get is probably the size of a COKEBOTTLECAP!!! — Final thought… the cookies are LEGIT and foocken GOOD! My only issue is the size compared to the price! For example if you go to STARBUCK or even MAX-BRENNER down the street, for about the same price as cookie-time, you can get a cookie that is twice as big and equally as delicious!!! When Cookie-Time decides to make bigger cookies or lowers the price I will give this place an EXTRASTAR!
