We found this place after reading a few reviews online claiming you can eat the best tuna in the world here… No argument from us! This took a place in our top 5 restaurant experiences overall.
Ordering is easy. The staff speaks very little English, but they have a picture menu. And everyone there was very helpful. The tuna sampler is the way to go.
If you want to go at peak dinner hours, you will need a reservation. We went around 4:30p, there were only a few other couples eating and we got a seat right away at the sushi bar.
We ordered the tuna sampler, the chef made them two at a time so we were eating the same ones together. He told us what each one was and if we were or were not supposed to dip in soy sauce. Everything was incredible. This is a must-​go if you’re visiting Tokyo!
