This is one of my favourite bakeries. It has a warm and retro vibe with it’s soba shop façade. Spreading the delicious bakery smell all around, you’ll find yourself hypnotized by the aroma and find yourself walking into the bakery and leaving with more than you can eat for breakfast. I remember clearly the first time I tried their stuff; a student of mine came to my class and gave me some fresh bun with beans from Hamadaya. Soft and fluffy with a slight sweetest from the beans was just perfect. They have other interesting fillings for their breads like cheese, stewed pork(kakuni) or even hijiki(brown seaweed)! Even since that first piece of bean bread, I have became their frequent customer. Try it out when you’re in Sangenjaya next time!
