I can’t believe nobody’s written about Couscous Rougir yet! This French bistro serving couscous is so stylish and yummy I just can’t wait to go again. Decked out in a dark wood and a small kitchen behind the counter, you can choose seats by the counter to watch the chef prepare your meals. First though, order some of their shrimp bread, then try one of their dishes that accompanies couscous. The clams are great but the chicken stew goes really well with couscous too! If there’s a few more of you then do try they salad and a main. In winter, they usually have gibier. The deer is tender and juicy and goes really well with red. Ask the staff to help pick a suitable wine for you. They really do a good job here, everything here is awesome. Please please please, anybody, please do try Couscous Rougir out!
