Good lounge located centrally within domestic terminal. You will find a std. selection of local and international beverages. No food except crackers offered. Architecture is open and specious. Usually not to crowded. WLAN and all std features is available. Mobile chargers are located at every single place. Personally I like the beer draft machines :) …

ANA staff are incredibly helpful. As travelers from the U.S., we were unaware that we’d have to obtain our checked baggage before switching to the domestic terminal. A staff at our gate greeted us and noticed the issue. She immediately let us know that she would walk us all the way back to the international terminal to help us with our issue. The courtesy and professionalism was very much appreciated and a great welcome to Japan.

I’ve been in several airport lounges and have always been a bit underwhelmed. Free beer isn’t worth the entrance fee when the space is poorly designed and you still feel like you’re sitting at the gate. Keeping that in mind, this lounge was a whole different world. The amenities are similar to other Japanese lounges, but the architecture and design are extremely welcoming and comfortable. The view of the runway from the upper floor is quite pleasant. This lounge makes me want to buy a first class ticket, just to enjoy it for another hour or so.

Awesome airport lounge, good beer and sake on tap. The kale juice is surprisingly tasty

Landed here from LA during Christmas vacation. Been here several times over the past years because of its excellent service and food. The modern and clean shower room is fully loaded with amenities to give a nice refresh after a long flight. There is all kinds of wine, beer, fruit juices, tea available with plenty of hot and cold food. The best food I like is the curry rice and the wild mushroom veggie udon. Service is excellent as they frequently clean up left over plates and every employee gives Japanese bows to visitors.

ANA lounge, oh sweet giver of life, my refuge from the cold, hard world! in my over 50+ visits to Tokyo, i’ve flown into Narita every time. I finally got a chance to try Haneda last week, taking the new SFO to HND route that just went into service this year. man, that route is awesome! it gets into Tokyo quite a bit later than the NRT flights, and quite a bit later than I would like. but the convenience of being a short subway hop away from my favorite spots in Tokyo is fantastic! but i digress. the ANA lounge is pretty much exactly what you expect from ANA lounges and very comparable to the ANA lounges at NRT, which is not a bad thing. I take comfort in knowing that a warm bowl of udon or curry rice awaits me when I need it. I recently had an extended layover at HND, whereby I hopped onto the subway to Roppongi, drank for 6 hours, and then hopped on the first train back to the airport. somehow, it seemed like a good idea at the time. luckily for me for the ANA lounge, as I was starving, tired, and hungover, with death’s shadow looming over me. i ate a bowl of curry rice. i ate a bowl of udon. i had 2 bowls of soup. i had a plateful of their noodles. i ate 6 chicken nuggets. 1 cup of green tea. 2 cups of grapefruit juice. 1 cup of ginger ale. it was gluttonous. it was glorious. and i even got a chance to brush my teeth and take a 20 min nap before my flight.
