I usually love wired café a lot, also have been to a lot in Tokyo, but unfortunately the first wired café experience in Osaka was not as good as Tokyo.
First, there was a long long line in front of the restaurant, but there was tons of seats outside (balcony). So I asked staff that if we can have seats outside. And she just skipped every customer that making line there and let us get enter there. It was weird that hey never have asked them if they dont mind outside seats but they let us enter only because we asked.
After we had seats outside, staffs had literally never cared about us. They did not give us menu, they did not come to get order. Moreover, their espresso machine was broken on that day, so couldnt get most of drinks.
Unfortunately it was not so comfortable experience, but Wired café is still a great place to work and hang out, hope they will do better job next time.

I like this place to work because there is wifi. I didn’t try any of the food so I can’t say much. Their iced earl grey tea is delicious. The service is attentive. The work area is nice and they leave you alone but serve you if you need. I love coming here to work and the free wifi is the best. It’s also fast so you don’t have to worry about that :)
