Suddenly craving for a good Vietnamese food and unfortunately one of my fave place had closed down, but fear not Bai Hoi is here to save the day.
Lunch is serve till 5 pm so late lunch is definitely okay.
Staff were very friendly and smoking and non-​smoking room are properly separated.
We got Beef Phở and it was good. Cilantro was not serve with so we have to ask for it separately, no extra charge.
Very good location and easily accessible from Hankyu, Subway or JR Osaka/​Umeda Station.
Happy to found this place at last.
