At the basement 2 of Hankyu Station, you can find a small vegetable store that also sells fresh salad/​fuits and juices.
They have a couple of seats available if you wish to eat your salad or fruit or just have a juice there.
The juices, except for the komatsu (Japanese Mustard Spinach) are all from frozen fruits, not fresh juice.
There are couple of outlets so you can charge your devices for free while having a meal or drink. Then afterwards go for veggie shopping.
