This shop is really famous so you should except to be kept more than 1 hour any day any time. This shop has 3 bans on smoking, headphones and telephone conversations. I think it’s good for the atmosphere for eating And The beautiful music fill in the shop. The name of «Sank» it’s means«39» This is a play on wards Opening and closing time. [Mon~Sat] 11:39~14:39 18:39~23:39 [Sun] 11:39~14:39 Surprisingly customers can get some desserts who take a seat at «39» minutes once in an every hour. I was recommended to come here by senior coworker. This is the same day, same night. The ramen taste good but I was almost full. Next time I come here I should have an empty belly.

1 hour and 40 minutes wait. However they do give you an umbrella to shade you from the sun. The ordering is the proverbial coin operated system where a man helps you order. It does tastes fantastic. The service is impeccable, they help you order and bow very very deep when you leave. I have to say this is the best Ramen place I have ever been to, ever! I have been to many famous places in Tokyo, Taipei(which is really really good!!!), Shanghai(Ippudo), San Francisco(Takana Ramen where Ichiro eats) and many many other places. This place is good, the noodle is cooked just right and the broth is flavorful and the meat is great. However, do I really have to wait that long? I think 30 minutes would be more reasonably no matter how good it is. I think the only advice I would give is to make it a little less salty. If it were less salty then it might qualify as number 1 anywhere!
