Easily the best okonomiyaki and yakisoba i’ve ever had; definitely worth the trek. They also have korean-inspired okonomiyaki(e.g. with kimchi), which may be a result of them being located near Koreatown.

For my money the best okonomiyaki restaurant I can think of in Osaka, and one I’ve been to many times over the years. There’s pretty much always a decent wait to get in(like 1hr etc) but the food is so good. They’ll basically make any combination you want so we usually get modan yaki or I like mine with pork and squid and shrimp and mochi. Their yakisoba is good too. You can get kimchi too. So worth the wait. This is one of those places where the restaurant interior itself probably hasn’t changed for 50+ years and is basically caked in grease so don’t expect any kind of ambiance but do expect the most incredible okonomiyaki you can buy.
