They have a focus on fresh salad, the ingredients for which I think they source specially. Simply put, it is the best salad I’ve ever eaten. The salad leaves turn to water under the crunch of your jaw, and are perfectly complemented by the puffed grains and special dressing. The salad, rice and tea is also tabe/nomi houdai, and the staff are very attentive in offering you refills. What I like the best though, is that they understand balance. It’s not just a snobby vegetarian restaurant; the set also includes a succulent array of meats and crunchy pickles. This is my fav restaurant in Osaka by far, and their Namba branch doesn’t disappoint in its smaller form.
