Super convenient location with a quick walk to almost all the sites you’d want to see. There’s lots to eat nearby and a Family Mart just around the corner. This hostel also has lovely eastern style tatami rooms (sleeping on the floor).
The not so great things though… the walls are paper (ha) thin and there were many times we were woken up by talking in neighboring rooms. They provide earplugs but it does get a bit annoying. Also, the toilets are shared woman/​men so they have urinals that reek of urine cake. :(
