The food was okay but as customers kept arriving, the smoke was slowly getting suffocating and my throat is slowly hurting again. Nways, I usually go to different hard rock café but only to get their stuff. It was a thing to own a hard rock café items. But this is only my second time to actually eat in the café. The first time was when a dear friend took me here ages ago for a birthday treat. It was the first time I saw and ate a really big burger. So tonight I ordered a chicken sandwich but it was not so good. One of those rare moments where I could not finish a sandwich. It does not have any taste at all, to dry. When we were paying, the staff kept putting his palm in front of my face while saying«Just a moment». It was really rude. I should have given her a lesson on how to use the hand but she was not worth it. Next time please train your staff on proper manners. Also they have service charge. What !!! So maybe no more HRC for me, just the merchandise next time.

It is pretty simple… if you have been to a Hard Rock Café in other cities, in other countries you know how great the HRC experience can be. While not bad, this particular Hard Rock Café is not up to par with other Hard Rock Cafes that I have been to in the U.S. or other Asian countries for that matter. Sometimes the service is not great(and that is saying A LOT for Japan because Japanese establishments usually put a good foot forward for service), orders are messed up and sometimes the food is not how it should be. Granted, if you call someone on a mistake it is usually rectified with the courtesy and apology that one might expect in Japan; the fact of the matter is that too many mistakes happen at this particular HRC location. Considering that the food is not cheap and this IS a Hard Rock Café… let us just say that I have pretty high, yet fair, standards and expectations for my HRC experience. In addition, things used to be much better at this particular location, several years ago, and the fact that things have fallen off makes things all the more worse. Good points… well it is still a Hard Rock Café so when things are on and done correctly it is a pretty cool experience. The live music shows(usually on Friday nights) are well done and hey… when HRC is on… it is on. The thing is, I remember when things were«on» more often than they are now and at the HONMACHIHARDROCKCAFE. Recent competition in the area(i.e. Hooters) has sparked a bit of incentive so hopefully this place can get some of its flare back. All in all not a bad spot; however as far as Hard Rock Cafes go it can, and used to, be so much more.
