Drawn in by the 400 yen price tag, I proceeded to wait in line for about 20 – 30 minutes(my time flies when you’re by yourself). They have a large selection of crepes which will suit many taste buds, even mine considering I tend to be extremely picky(don’t like chocolate, banana, fruits, and the like in my crepes so it’s hard for me to find a flavor). Being that they are a 3 man operation(2 of which were trainees), it was busy, but they managed to work together well to keep up with orders. I don’t know how they did it! I ordered a caramel cookie vanilla crêpe and it didn’t take long to make, but they do have other flavors. They are apparently known for their matcha ice cream crepes, which«you can’t get anywhere else» but I highly doubt that in Japan. My crêpe was extremely delicious! I think the cookie was chocolate crunch, but it mixed with the caramel and vanilla very well and it didn’t even melt all over the place or anything. It didn’t look as crazy as the crepes from Harajuku, but it was just right for me since I had been eating sweets all up and down Dotonbori(how could you not?!). For a crêpe place, I’d recommend it. It’s a good treat for when you’re shopping in the area. The prices are normal(500 yen on a normal day) for most crepes. Plus the selection is a lot better than others so why not try it out?

Located at the crazy busy area Dontonburi. I had Japanese crepes two days in a row. Ojisan and some other place that didn’t matter because Ojisan was the winner! The consistency of the crêpe was heavenly good… it didn’t break right away after a bite as it was sooo chewy! I had to puuuullllllllll it away from my mouth to break it. Needless to say, it was served hot and fresh. Perfect kind of crêpe for me! As for fillings there were sweets and savories. I picked chocolate ice cream with bananas. Oishii!!!

We randomly walked by this crêpe pop-up shop in Osaka’s shopping district and got in line to order some delicious Crêpe ice cream! We ordered the following: (1) Green tea tiramisu — I had this and it was delicious, rich green tea ice cream combined with tiramisu flavored ice cream. What a great combination. You don’t find this often in the states, and especially awesome when fit into a freshly made crêpe! (2) Vanilla chocolate banana — my husband had this combination and he enjoyed it very much. what great yumminess to be had here! The line wasn’t that long either, and perfect for an after dinner dessert snack, etc.
