They may or may not speak English but they are really professional and with deep knowledge.
Apple authorized repair store is located on the underground. You should get a ticket and wait. But you can shop around, if you have another cell phone and tell the staff to call if your turn draws near.
If buy a cover seat for ipad/​iphone, ask the store staff to place it for you. They are really good at putting the cover, possibly with no charge.

New Mac hardware and iOS devices are on the 1^st floor, but accessories, up on the 2^nd floor, are always worth a look. Some really cool and unique but useful items here all nicely displayed. If an item is not easily accessible, just ask for a demo or to see an actual sample of a product.
A major advantage to shopping here as opposed to big box retailers or Apple Stores themselves is the very high level of customer service. They are very happy and sincere to put your concerns at ease. Unlike at some other places, the staff are also not arrogant or afraid to admit they don’t immediately know some technical detail, but will gladly research it or ask another staff.
Insider tip: Their Year-​end sale often has items that are never discounted elsewhere.
Near Isetan along the Main Street going north from JR Kichijoji station, it’s a short five minute walk. They’re to the left of the west entrance to Penny Lane, near Loft department store.
