I went there for lunch with my husband, my friend and her 3year old son. This place is located in a basement so it’s easy to miss. But often times, you will see a line of people waiting outside. And that explains how good this place is. You can also make it to go. So if you don’t have time to wait, then that would be an option. We wrote our name and waited for about an hour. But it wasn’t too bad because this place is right next to a park. The restaurant itself is very small but they have their own brick oven so their pizza was pretty good. We had a Margarita, a Capricciosa, an Anastasia pizza. Our favorite was Anastasia. We also ordered two glasses of red wine, lemonade and orange juice. Red wine was fine. Drinkable. Their service was okay like other people said before. People were nice so I did not have any problem with it.

Decent pizza, but no better than other pizza around Tokyo and not as good as some. Still, if you’re in Kichjoji and want pizza it’s an okay place to go. The wine list is a choice of red or white. The red is a decent table wine, but at 3200 yen I think it’s overpriced. This wine retails for under 1000 yen so a price in the 2700 yen range would be more reasonable. Same goes for the beer. Where most places charge 350 yen for a glass of draft beer they charge 500, which is more typical for a mug, not a glass. Service is okay. Be warned though, it’s a cash only place which is pretty far out of sync in the modern world where a POS system is not needed. Square works well as does the PayPal device for many restaurants here so GG needs to get with the times.
