This is located in the underground metro mall area at the Shinbashi station. The owner here was very nice and came out to help us when we looked lost looking at the vending machine that was all in Japanese with on pictures. He spoke no English but tried to help us by showing us some pictures and was very friendly. By the way, using the google translate function where you can take a picture of the words and have it translate them — amazing. He gave us free ice water(yay!), and the noodles came out fast. The portions were pretty big — I don’t know how Japanese people eat this as breakfast and not get fat. We chose a soba with a large mushroom/onion tempura on it and one with tempura vegetables with an egg. The broth was super flavorful, and the noodles also had good flavor while still having a good bite to them. The noodles are meant to be slurped while standing, no napkins available. They were Y490 and Y450 each(no additional tax or tip). Cash only since it’s via the vending machine.
