This sushi bar was located in the Mid town Tokyo, 45th floor belongs to the Ritz carlton hotel their start, this Hotel had no restaurant. Recently this hotel opened their own restaurants like this sushibar. I thought that was a nice trial. Because many tourists don’t want to get out from their hotel for their this sushibar, course menu was costed ¥15, was reasonable price compared with other sushibars at around of the Roppongi and Ababu. We ordered the Omakase menu, but it was very reasonable price. Of course sushi chef could talked in English. Their sushi was quite the case of mine who lived in Osaka, it was very difficult to take a reservation of famous sushibars in Tokyo which nominated in the Michelin guide. This sushibar was easy to take the reservation and could had a nice sushi in the reasonable price. I recommend you to have a good this sushibar.

Kaiseki Poetry, nature and exquisite food. Fresh ingredients, careful preparation and artful presentation is always a given at Japanese establishments par excellance. This is no different. Located in the Ritz Carlton in Roppongi, and serving Kaiseki style, I had the privilege of eating here 5 – 6 years ago. My friend and I enjoyed an 11 course meal ranging from shellfish and taro to simmered fishes and seared Wagyu. I enjoyed every moment of the meal. :)
