I had a very high priority order for 9 dozen custom cupcakes to be delivered to a local corporate event, several months back. I spoke with Sarah over e-mail initially and was pleased with her level of detail and concern for the order. A few days before the event, I was informed they could no longer accommodate the order. The only options given were to still pay a very expensive rate for an order with no custom design(and have someone pick it up locally) or to cancel it. This was quite inconvenient and I would hope not a regular occurrence for large orders.
