Everytime I go back to Japan, I enjoy having a dinner with artisan sakes here. The last time I went here, I ate Oden(richly flavored and tasted by Dashi), Yanaka-ginger wrapped by a sliced pork(sharp ginger flavor and pork fat are well harmonized), fresh sashimi, juicy pork-Kakuni and so on. These dishes and artisan sakes’ combinations are really great. It is a happy marriage moment. They really know what the Japanese foods are like!
