Hara’s makes donuts look healthy. Who would’ve though that was possible! The simple interior, white and pastel colors and cute handwriting gives the store a airy healthy vibe that goes well with their moto/treats. This store is famous for their light(somewhat) healthy soy donuts. If you bite into one thinking it’ll taste like a Krispy Kreme, you’re going to be disappointed. But, if you want a slightly crunch outside, mildly chewy and moist inside, all with a subtle hint of oil and sugar, this donut will fit the bill. I think their donuts are tasty and look forward to trying the many different flavors!

I always think Japan is the only country where you can find such a variety of healthy body-friendly doughnuts instaed of oily and sugary onest! And Hara donuts serves the most healthy donuts definitely. Hara donuts offers handmade doughnuts made from soy milk, soy pulp, and organic ingredient only. Hara donuts started from a tofu shop in Kobe, so you know how proud they are of their soy-pulp-made doughnut idea. The doughnuts doesn’t look fancy at all, actually tastes not too fancy like other chain sugary doughturt either. Plain but still delicious. You’ll feel ‘healthy’ with every single bite, and feel ‘not guilty’ if you want another one. I personally love Hara’s Japanese flavors, green tea and black sesame. Well they have 70 flavors to choose, try to find your own favorite at Hara donut!
