If you’re from the U.S., this is like Home Depot, Target/Walmart, Petsmart, and a grocery store all in one… but better. The best part is that their pricing is more reasonable than most other places we’ve been to. We have been looking for plants and trees for our balcony and were blown away at the variety of plants offered and cheap prices. I wish we’d been told about this store when we first arrived in Tokyo since they really do have a little bit of everything you need(and a ton more of things you didn’t think you needed). If you’re hungry, the French-style bakery offers sweet and savory breads and the ramen restaurant toward the back of the store was delicious.

I put this as a 3-star, mainly because the other guy rated it the same way and A-OK seems to be a good score. I would have given it a 4-star but for a DIY store maybe 3 stars is sufficient. This store is US-sized huge. So far we hop on a bus and pick up our cleaning supplies here, along with the a few unique odds and ends, like cooking pots, inflatable mattress for visitors and some plants. Ah, I miss the plant stores from the states. They have self checkout lines that move quicker than the manned checkout lines. There is 1 grouchy grocery bagger lady in the manned checkout lines, so be careful of her. Lastly, the fun tip is to go see the kittens and puppies in the back.(Walk straight back from the entrance). It adds karma and will give joy to your life.
