I find it amazing that Japan really does its work on making good things taste even better. In America, we have the regular glazed and then frosted flavors but… the flavors here in Japan are mind-blowing! They taste slightly different in that they don’t taste TOO sugary and were a bit lighter than the ones I’ve tasted in America. When I have more than one glazed I tend to feel like I’ve had a sugar high. In Japan, I feel like I could eat half a dozen of them. I also love how they have matcha flavor all around! I got: strawberry, cheesecake, apple pie, mango, ratatouille, matcha, and mango. They were ALL good. My favorites were cheesecake, mango, and apple pie. Both mango and apple pie had little fruit bits on them. Cheesecake was not too strongly cheesecake-y flavored, but nonetheless, it was really good. Cheesecake was most popular among my friends. I wish I could take some home. I will definitely be back for some Japanese Krispy Kreme, someday.
