I stumbled in here at about 2:15am because I was drunk beyond the seventh layer of hell and this was the only place around where I was staying that was still open.
From what I can remember they had reasonable prices for Standard Chuka fare and an all-​encompassing menu that carried all the favorites (gyoza, chahan, ramen, the works.) The place was pretty full even past 2am so the (other) food here must have been pretty decent; I ordered the Tenshinhan (700yen) because well, that’s one dish you can’t really screw up and I remember being pretty pleased with it.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you’re drunk and stumbling around Kiyosumishirakawa at 2am on a weeknight.
