Super retro coffee specialty café in the suburb of Osaka(Ibaraki). I have lots of nostalgic memories about this café. So I must admit my my review is a bias. Perhaps this place is not all that great to others, but I have a special place in my heart. Morning Service: Do you know what this is? It is where many cafes provide a good deal for breakfast. Here, you get a small salad, a toast, and a cup of coffee for 380 Yen.(7:30AM-11:00AM) Pretty good deal! I love it when places are open early in the morning. Coffee: This place believes in siphon coffee. I found a retro Kissa-ten(coffee house) like this one called Iris near Dotonbori in Osaka that also serves siphon coffee and fell in love. Norway’s coffee is also very good. Décor: Super retro. They been operating for nearly 37 years. Yes, everything looks quite old. A old man who was enjoying his coffee brought his own personal portable cassette player and was listing to his own music while the shop was playing their music. Its that kind of free will, neighborhood coffee shop. Tobacco: The entire shop is smoking allowed. Be prepared to suck in some smoke. My breakfast cost: 380 Yen.
