Pretty good, Ginza style Ramen! I don’t think it’s costly with this quality. Thick chicken soap stock and smooth noodle are awesome.

This was a cool ramen stop for us and provided us with the best ramen bowl we’ve ever had. The tiny place is located in the tony Ginza district and is in the underground/subway network of food shops. They have 8 bar seats and that’s it and folks just wait in line til a bar seat opens up. There’s almost no talking(except us mumbling Americans), just eating. Wife and I had a small(950 yen or $ 7.92USD) and large bowl(1050 yen or $ 8.75USD) of their chicken breast soba noodle soup. Wow — freshly hand made noodles with a thick creamy chicken broth. The chefs work immaculately and are dressed in white shirts and black ties. They also offer a dipping noodle version where broth and noodles are served colder and separately. I wish I could say I’ll be back, but very glad to have tried them anyway.
