I visited Unashou back in April of 2013 in search of delicious Hitsumabushi style unagi. I found it here, on the 8th floor of Yodobashi Akiba. I ordered the ¥3000 lunch set, which came with a generous portion of unagi and rice, along with green onion, wasabi, seaweed, and dashi. The meal was simply fabulous. The unagi was perfectly cooked, tender and moist. I love unagi and this was probably the best I have ever had thus far. Very good service, as well!
