Definitely a good example of what separates a good sushi restaurant in Japan from a good one outside of Japan. The place only seats 8 people at once so you know you’ll get the chef’s attention here. The fish here is as good as you can expect. Fresh when fresh is called for. Marinated when marination is called for. The right technique for each particular fish.
