Roppongi Hills has more than enough 5-star restaurants to choose from, however Bairan is my personal favorite. No need to make reservations for Roubouchon, Bairan’s famous yakisoba will not disappoint. The noodles come in three types; regular(vegetables and small amount of seafood), kaisen(seafood) or beef. All three are available in a set, which comes with a small Chinese dessert. The cost is between 1000 – 1500 yen($ 10 – 15). Make sure to pour osu(vinegar) on top! The restaurant is rather small, with a few outdoor seats. Do not feel intimidated to eat alone –they have a large circular table specifically for singles to eat together. No need to make reservations. Fried rice, chicken and cashew nuts, noodle dishes are also served, however you won’t see very many people eating anything other than the Bairan noodles!
