I never realized the Saltine style cracker was so heavily emulated around the world. Nuova has these crackers that have sesame and cereal grains in them but at the end of the day, they’re the slight evolution of Saltine. Slightly more complex but a bit under seasoned, I think this bakery needs to add just a bit more salt to make the goods pop in flavor
