Good Chinese food at great prices! We were looking to try something a little different while traveling in Italy and came across this restaurant. My wife loved the dumplings and meat dishes. I really liked the rice noodles with vegetables and meat. I recommend this restaurant for people wanting a change from Italian food. We ordered about 5 dishes and the bill came to 26 euros.

This place is a horrible rip off and made me sick! After being in Italy for a week we wanted something different and came across Chinese food and thought why not! Well let me tell you why not. First off the service was slow, not a big deal we were enjoying each others company. The food came and it was mediocre at best. When the bill arrived was when we were really upset! There were 2 fees. One sit down fee and that is understandable but then she also charged us a taxi fee and said that everyone charges it, false!!! She was the only place that did! We added up everything and she still over charged us by 20 euros. To make it worse a few hours later I got very sick from the food. I couldn’t keep anything in for 24 hours. Not only will you get ripped off you will get poisoned at the same time. Stay away, I beg of you!

Interesting find to say the least, the Grande Cinese was a welcome departure from the pizza-pasta-more pizza-more pasta routine. Dishes err on the side of western mainstream(understandably so as Chinese folks aren’t numerous in these parts), but I nonetheless found what I needed to satisfy. The joint appears to be very popular among locals. Shrimp egg omelette and pickled veggie pork paired with cantonese fried rice made up my Sunday supper. Half a carafe of red, a tall Nastro and hot tea all tallied up to € 28 before tip. Wow.
