Good location and ample space (by Venice standards) in the one bedroom apartment we rented. However, it says it sleeps six, but it has only one actual bed. There are also two couches that fold out but are very uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in your back. The owner/​manager was not friendly at all, in fact he barely looked up from his phone when we met him. We asked for toilet paper when we ran out but it was never replenished. Two of us were bitten by mosquitos/​fleas/​bed bugs or something. Overall, there are much better options.
