This was the first meal I had in Ragusa — perfetto! Service was dignified, attentive, and polite. Specifically, I had tentacoli tubero(octopus) as an antipasto and for a main/secondo: dioniso(swordfish ravioli) with White wine(Eureka — Sicilian Chardonnay). I did not have dessert, but I finished with a lovely espresso and sambuca. Beautiful presentation, lively flavors, and in the background was the most pleasant music(Jazz, Billie Holliday, Bill Withers, and Satchmo). In Italy, I have eaten in Roma, Bologna, Firenze, Assisi, Venezia, Milano, Cefalu, Siracusa-Ortigia, and Capri — but this was the best meal in two months of traveling. Bravo!
